  • “Classic chest of drawers”
  • “Zantedeschia in a pot”
  • “Picture Autumn lake”
  • “Single-colored rug” (Green)
  • “Oblong Rug Classic Flowers”
  • “Oblong rug”
• Sell the house

To make money you can complete orders, which is very time consuming and less rewarding, or you can buy and sell houses which is recommended. There are two fast methods to make some decent money in short time:

Method 1
Profit: Around €50.000 (without negotiate)
Time: Around 2 minutes

• Buy the House “House that is hiding something”
• Go down in the cellar
• Break the first wall on the left after you came downstairs (look at the map and you will see a hidden room which has no door)
• Sell the sofa, sideboard and painting in the hidden room
• (You can sell the rest of the furniture in the house as well)
• Sell the house

Method 2
Profit: Around 50.000€ – €70.000
Time: Around 1 minute

• Fully Upgrade the Price Negotiation Perk using your tablet
• Buy the House “Alone Home”
• Sell the house and negotiate the price up to €50.000 (sometimes they don’t accept the offer, then you need to lower the price a little bit)

Trivia: The trophy and also the house is a reference to the TV-Show Breaking Bad. The house in the game looks exactly the same as the house of Walter White, the main character of the show. Knock Knock is also a reference to a sentence Walter White said in the show.

• Clean the whole House, inside and outside (you don’t need to paint or repair anything)
• Sell any furniture except for the stuff in the bathroom
• Buy and place the following stuff in the house:
  • “Double Bed Warmy”
  • 3x “Linen Closet”
• Sell the house

Inside your office, you find a desk with a laptop on it. Use it and click on the Mail icon, choose the order “Cleaning the garage”, as it is the easiest.

Now you have one minute time to enter the garage. When you wait for the gate to open, choose the Cleaning Tool and start cleaning the ground. When you are done with that, quickly change to the Select Tool and dispose the trash inside the garage. That should be enough. As long as you upgraded the “Quick Jobs” perk you can finish the order when you completed 60% of the job pressing .

Important: It has do be 50,000 Euro. Check in the general settings in the main menu which currency you use and change it, if necessary to Euro.

Now go your laptop in your office and buy the house “Alone Home“. Sell the house by pressing (you can higher your chances by cleaning and fixing the whole house, but it’s not necessary every time). The Smoth Family will make the highest bid. Know press to negotiate the price. Increase the payment by 50,000 Euro and confirm it by pressing again. Sometimes they accept the offer, sometimes not. It’s a little bit random. If they decline the offer. Refuse the offer by pressing  You have to pay a fine for canceling the transaction. Now repeat the process until they accept the 50,000 Euro more.

• Remove the walls between the living room and the kitchen and also the walls between the bedroom and the living room (so you have one big room and a bathroom)
• Sell any furniture and items in the big room
• Sell the sink in the bathroom
• Buy and place the following stuff in the house close to each other:
  • “Bed Peony”
  • “Desk Anna”
  • “B-shape chair”
  • 2x “Cabinet with hanging shelves”
  • 3x “Bunny” (If Dolan Trusk is still on top, try to add more bunnies or other kids stuff, because he hates that)
• Sell the house

• Buy the house “Seller’s House” (in an earlier version of the game the house was named “Huckster’s House”)
• Sell the sink in the kitchen
• Mount the “Sink with cabinet PRYZMAT” in the bathroom at the end of the corridor
• Mount the toilet “Mountable Toilet Farie” in the same bathroom
• Mount the same toilet in the Master Bedroom (behind the bedroom)
• Buy and place the following stuff in the living room:
  • 2x “Sofa Shadow”
  • “Coffee table Foro”
  • “Wall-mounted TV”
• Sell the house

Buggy: It’s possible that you won’t get the trophy after you sold 50 houses. If that happens to you sell some more houses. If that doesn’t work make a backup on the cloud or USB-Stick, start a new game and sell some houses again. Also changing the currency in the main menu can help.
