You will unlock The Carusu after completing the Prologue – Tremori.

The Praecisione is the sniper rifle with 1 ammo. You can buy all the weapons during the story at the weapon crates or at Pasquale’s Store. But I recommend to pick them up from enemies as this saves money. You can find all the weapons at Chapter 11. You can find a lot of weapons also during Chapter 13.

Complete the whole game on Hard Difficulty to unlock. Don’t lower the difficulty during your playthrough or you will lock this.

►Chapter 5 – Vendetta D’onore: During this chapter you have to infiltrate Ludovici’s Villa. Do this unseen and you will unlock Fantasma. If you fail you can restart checkpoint or replay the chapter.

►Chapter 13 – Capiregime: During this chapter you have to kill Mazzone in the forest. Do this unseen and you will unlock Silent Hunter. If you fail you can restart checkpoint or replay the chapter.

►Chapter 11 – Mattanza: At the end of the Chapter you will flee in a truck and you have to shoot other trucks. Destroy 10 enemy trucks by shooting at their engines to unlock this.

►Chapter 3 – Pizzu: You will have to meet with Luca at the stable. There will be an optional Side Quest “Meet Isabella in the garden” . Complete this quest and you will unlock Garden Rendezvous.

►Chapter 14 – La Merica: Near the end of the chapter you have to fight Don Torrisi with a knife. It’s the same fight like you did many times before in the game. Focus on parrying and dodging his attacks and make it through the fight without taking damage to unlock the trophy. You can do this on any difficulty you want. If you get hit, restart the checkpoint and try again. There will be checkpoints during the fight.

►Chapter 7 – Spirito Sportivo: The Race is the central main objective in this chapter, you can’t miss it. Just beat it in under 8 minutes to unlock Fastest Man in Sicily. There is much room for errors, I crashed twice and made it with over 1 minute left. Not that there will be a checkpoint after the section in the river bed. So if you are too slow restart the race before reaching this checkpoint.

The Lupara is the sawed-off shotgun with 2 ammo. You can buy all the weapons during the story at the weapon crates or at Pasquale’s Store. But I recommend to pick them up from enemies as this saves money. You can find all the weapons at Chapter 11. You can find a lot of weapons also during Chapter 13.

The Pump-Action Shotgun is the Shotgun with 5 ammo. You can buy all the weapons during the story at the weapon crates or at Pasquale’s Store. But I recommend to pick them up from enemies as this saves money. You can find all the weapons at Chapter 11. You can find a lot of weapons also during Chapter 13.

►Chapter 13 – Capiregime: After killing Mazzone in the Forest you will regroup with Cesare, followed by a shootout. Before starting this encounter destroy his car on the left side of the area, so he can’t get away after the encounter, making it easy to kill him. If you want to kill him during the chase, make sure you have a pistol/revolver with you, as you need it to shoot him while driving.

►Free Roam: Go to Pasquale’s Store (Big S Icon north of the Can Celeste) and go to the table in the back left corner and buy for 1000 Dinari the paint bucket. Now you unlocked all colors for all cars. After that go to Pasquale’s Gas Station (Big S Icon south-west of the map) and go to the garage. Pick any car and change the color before driving.

►Free Roam: Go to any Stable and pick any horse. Switch tab and change the accessoire to anything you want to unlock the trophy.

►Chapter 7 – Spirito Sportivo: You will have to race the Train at the beginning of chapter 7. Be first where the train tracks and the road crosses and you will unlock Full Steam Ahead.

►Good farming spot: Chapter 5 – Vendetta D’onore: The trophy description is a little bit confusing/wrong. You don’t have to do it 5 times with each knife, but only with each TYPE of knife. There are 2 tpye of knifes with a Special Action, the Scannaturi and the Rasolu Type. Buy any knife from these types and then kill 5 enemies with them by using the special action. 

You can find 22 Charms all around the world. They are small statues with a cross symbol on it. A lot of them are very obvious and close to the path. You can also buy them at Pasquale’s Store north of San Celeste. After collecting or buying one of them go to the menu and switch to the “Charms” tab. Here you can equip it, which will unlock Protected.

Trinacria Coins are stone plates you can collect (see trophy icon). There are at least 55 of them. They will mark on the map if you are close by. Most of them are hanging high on walls and you have to shoot them down to get them. You can sell them for 100 each. You don’t need to get all of them, one is enough.

►Chapter 5 – Vendetta D’onore: During this chapter you have to kill Ludovici. Refuse to do it to unlock.

►Chapter 9 – Industria: During this chapter you have to infiltrate a factory. Do this unseen and you will unlock The Old Ways. If you fail you can restart checkpoint or replay the chapter.

You will start some chapters with grenades in your inventory and can also find them as random loot from enemies. Can be farmed via checkpoint restart.

The Vendetti is a pistol with 4 ammo. You can buy all the weapons during the story at the weapon crates or at Pasquale’s Store. But I recommend to pick them up from enemies as this saves money. You can find all the weapons at Chapter 11. You can find a lot of weapons also during Chapter 13.

Sneak up on an enemy and press Circle/B to kill him with a knife. The knife must be sharpened. Can be farmed via checkpoint restart. 

It won’t count if you kill the enemy during combat. You have to sneak up from behind to him.

The Modello is a pistol with 9 ammo. You can buy all the weapons during the story at the weapon crates or at Pasquale’s Store. But I recommend to pick them up from enemies as this saves money. You can find all the weapons at Chapter 11. You can find a lot of weapons also during Chapter 13.

Doesn’t matter which weapon. Can be farmed via Checkpoint restart.

The Repeater is the rifle with 7 ammo. You can buy all the weapons during the story at the weapon crates or at Pasquale’s Store. But I recommend to pick them up from enemies as this saves money. You can find all the weapons at Chapter 11. You can find a lot of weapons also during Chapter 13.

►Chapter 3 or 6: You will come across 5 safes during the main story. You have to open 2 of them. The first one in chapter 3 doesn’t work and will not unlock the trophy. So I recommend you open one of the 3 safes in chapter 6 without knowing the code. You will know the code when you find the correct document, so don’t check them.

There are 50 of these. 10 of them are only optainable during the story. If you missed them you have to replay the chapter. They will only be marked on the map after collecting them. After getting all 50 you will unlock a new outfit in your apartment.

►To unlock the Collector you need to get all 20 Saint’s Cards, 23 Photgraphs, 50 Newspapers and the 50 Mystery Foxes. You don’t need the Journal Notes at all. You also only need 1 Charm (Buyable at pasquale’s store) for 🏆 Protected and 1 Trinacria for 🏆 Bona Furtuna. 

25/143 collectibles can only be obtained during the story. If you miss them, you’ll need to replay the chapter. In this video, I’ll first show these 25 story collectibles in the correct order. After that, I’ll cover the remaining ones you can pick up anytime during free roam. I sorted the free roam collectibles in a conitnous path so you can pick them up also in order. Also, 3 of the 23 photographs are earned automatically during the story and cannot be missed — so they are not included in this video.

You will probably unlock this automatically during the normal playthrough / during one of the races or during one of the chases in the story. If not go to Free Roam mode, teleport to Pasquale’s Gas Station and pick a fast car. Now follow the train tracks to the south. After a short ride you will see a ramp on the right side when the train tracks go left. Jumpt his ramp and the trophy should unlock. 

You can find Pasquale’s Gas Station in the South-West of the map near the coast of Baia di Vedetta, or north of San Celeste, it’s marked with a big S. Teleport there and buy all 7 cars. You need 11000 Dinari for this.

►You can do this in Free Roam mode. Teleport yourself to Pasquale’s Store on the map and buy a fast car, for example the Delizia Type 86. Then telport to Porto Almaro in the south and drive the long straight road heading north-east. Stay as straigh as possible and don’t drive too fast, as otherwise maybe the road will be over before you drove 15 seconds.
